Seriously? Oct 09, 2009
By min Stores charge around seven dollars to resize a watch band. Typical watch band resizing simply requires a pin to push out a push pin, removing a link, then reinserting a pin. This takes less than five minutes and definitely isn't worth the money.
For the cost less than changing two watch bands, you could have this handy kit.
There are no instructions included, some tools feel cheap, some seem dirty, but at this price, you've made a profit if you size just two watch bands.
I have tried using all the parts of this kit.
The blue pin pusher works fine, it just won't work on the really large bands. The case back opener seem dirty, but it worked fine in removing case backs of several watches I own. All of the other pieces of the kit work as advertised, and I have not had any problems.
You could always use the pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers elsewhere, so this kit isn't only limited to watch band resizing.

Excellent though some what inexpensive tools to work on your watch. Easy to use and does what is needed. I'm impressed with them. Would recommend them for home use on a normal number of watches. Would buy again.

Affordable & Perfect for my needs. Oct 07, 2008
By KBS The product provided me with the necessary tools to do what would have cost me a bunch of money at a jeweler. I'm very pleased and have used it quite a b it so far.

you get what you pay for Sep 17, 2010
By Marcus Schoepke Pliers went right in the trash. Case wrench is not wide enough for Fossil watch. Metal used for all tools is very soft, seems like they used simple iron instead of steel
Price was tempting and I fell for it :-(

Does the job Jan 14, 2009
By AaronPaul This kit does the job, but the quality of tools are pretty low... Not sure how long they will last if you use them more than occasionally. If I had it to do over again I would probably spend a little extra coin on some higher quality tools.
