Strap is durable but won't mold Oct 13, 2011

First impression was that the strap was rigid. Ever having it for two months, it is still rigid- maybe b/c it is over 1/8 inch thick. When I take the watch off, the straps lay straight, barely a hint of conforming to my wrist... In fact, I recall the strap wanting to unravel out in the beginning. So if you are hoping for a soft, moldable strap, this is not it.
I bought it for looks/price and it does complement my Timex T series Chronograph at a good value.
If the strap was a little softer, then 5 stars.
